Leaders Summit (formerly known as Leaders Weekend) is an event hosted in Platinum’s home city of Dubuque, Iowa. In October 2015, Platinum sales leaders and a guest were invited to this expense-paid four-day event. Attendees participated in various training sessions and leadership development seminars, while they also had the opportunity to mingle with Platinum executives and office directors and managers. Leaders and guests experienced a taste of Platinum’s hometown with events at the historic Hotel Julien and the National Mississippi River Museum.
