A Big Move Leads to Big Success

Aiden W.

TITLE: Team Leader
RESIDES IN: Stinnett, TX
START DATE: May 2025

Aiden was raised by a strong support system that helped shape his work ethic and drive. His mom, Rachael, played a major role in his life—always encouraging his goals and supporting him every step of the way as a single parent. He also credits his uncle, Steve Onley, and Liana for being influential figures who have consistently supported his growth. In his free time, Aiden enjoys shooting and spending time at the range. What started at a young age has grown into a real passion—not just for the activity itself, but for understanding the mechanics and precision behind it.

Before joining Platinum, Aiden worked as a lifeguard in San Diego for several years. While he enjoyed the role, he knew he wanted more independence and flexibility. He was driven by the idea of being his own boss and taking full control of his future.

Since starting with Platinum, Aiden says the biggest change in his life has been learning sales as a skill. Mastering communication and understanding people has had a major impact on both his professional and personal growth. He’s found a genuine passion for working with others and helping families.

One of the biggest adjustments he faced was transitioning from the fast-paced environment of San Diego to a slower-paced, rural setting. Learning how to adapt to different environments and connect with people from all walks of life was a key hurdle—but one that ultimately made him stronger. In his leadership role, Aiden is focused on growing and developing his team. His goal is to expand, split the team, and help others step into leadership—giving them the same opportunity to grow and succeed that he’s had.

He credits his advancement to one key strength: tenacity. Aiden believes in staying the course, not getting discouraged by small setbacks, and remembering the bigger purpose behind the work. His advice to anyone considering Platinum is simple: study and commit. There is a lot to learn, but those who take control of their development and become experts in the product set themselves apart.

Looking ahead, Aiden’s long-term goals are centered around family. He’s focused on building the kind of financial flexibility that will allow him to support and provide for his future family.
